Was recommended this salon as apparently good ye it's nothing like that the covid prevention measures are not enforced, the owner rushes through the clients and takes on too many jobs at once leaving you with a bad cut and as in my case nothing but combing and a minimal cut done without use of any type of water or styling because that would of been too much to obviously expect when it's what's been asked for . The wait time has also been ridiculous having to wait 3 hours just to get the bare minimum done.

Inspiration has inspired me to NEVER visit them again. Got my haircut there today and wow, considering I have long hair, the cutting and styling together started and finished within 7 minutes!! The hairdresser did not seem to care about it at all, he gave me the worst cut of my life. I asked for faded sides and to thin it out at the top and what I ended up with is a mushroom on my head. There is no fade on my sides, it just looks like a clean short cut with a long top, I mean how can a so called 'hairdresser' ruin somebody's hair in 7 minutes. Also as he was cutting my sides there were some strands from my top that fell onto my sides and he just decided to cut them off too, resulting in my hair being different lengths. At the end he asked if I liked it and the only 2 reasons I said yes is because he had to cut my girlfriends hair after, so I wanted to keep him on my good side for now and also because I did not want him to touch my hair again!!
AWFUL! This was my first and definitely last time at Inspiration. I booked an appointment at Inspiration because I've heard they are great, however unfortunately my experience was not a good one at all. My hair was bleached all over before, and I decided I wanted to change it and just get highlights on my roots instead of bleaching my whole head again. It all started off well by one of the hairdressers doing my highlights. Then I asked if I could get a silver toner/dye on top just to cool down the colour slightly. I emphasised on the fact I want it very very light, and what I ended up with is top half of my hair being purplish/brownish colour and the rest of my hair super light blonde as it was before. I was very unhappy about the result and said to the owner that it is not at all what I asked for. I did not want an ombre look, I wanted to get blonde highlights done but I guess it was too much to ask for from this hairdresser. What I was also shocked at was the owners attitude towards my comment that I am unhappy with my hair. He said that I have to trust him because he has been a hairdresser for 15 years and knows what he's doing, which to me is a joke. In my opinion this represents very poor customer service and also if a customer is not happy with a result you should do everything to try and fix it. I would 100% not recommend this 'salon'.
