I practice meditation almost daily at the comfort of my own home but sometimes I like to change it up and go to Inscape. I liken this to going out to a Michelin restaurant vs cooking at home. It's an incredible multi sensory experience and a treat.
I was in NYC for a week from San Francisco. As you can imagine these cities have very different vibes and NYC felt way more stressful then I'm used to. However inscape was a place where I found peace within the city. I ended up going 3 times.
may it be the helpful and kind staff, the people who attend the meditation sessions, the calming of the atmosphere- Inscape is where i escape. it took me a while to train my brain and body to let go and just let the guided voice coach me through complete relaxation. i've attended different studios and methods (recorded, live, gong, temples) of mediation classes and sessions. none have surpassed the amount of happiness and good vibes that i get from Inscape. making purchases is fun for me here. from crystals, beauty wellness, elixirs to drink and books... this is where i recommend everyone to go to if they're looking for joy.
I didn't meditate in the dome but the staffs were very nice. The common area is very relaxing
