The view was great, but not the customer service, we were on the third part of the ride up there. We came for the last ride up and the time was 16:41 it said that the last ride up was at 16:45 so we just wanted to ask to make sure, we asked one question and the answer we got was, a man saying really loudly and aggressively said “NO THE RIDE IS OVER” basically saying that we missed the last ride up, that was not what the schedule said though, but they decided to later lie and say “When there are many people, we change the schedule “ ( there weren’t much people) they later said to go all the way down and that they would give us a small refund. We came down and they lied again, the girl’s name was Sheilah I think ( I am not certain though) and yeah...be careful of the last ride because they do not follow the schedule.
