Just went through the drive through, I ordered a bagle and it was burnt. Are they stupid or something?

I was heartbroken to see that the Tim Horton’s where I was stopping was temporarily closed, but then I was delighted to learn that it actually is in fact open again! I got myself a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and the quality of my food and drink is exactly what I’ve come to expect from this chain. The staff who helped me were friendly and professional, and got my order ready quickly. ALSO: THEY HAVE TIMS REWARDS NOW
The staff there is rude, i went into drive through. The guy on Drive thuru was acting Rude and Frustrated. I asked for a little extra butter on my begal and see in the pic what i got.
Great location very quick service. Employees were very polite and looked like they wanted to be there. The only downside is they didn’t have they Tim’s reward program.
No one means there was no one in the drive thru expect my car and I ordered egg belt on biscuit and explained them that no meat or pork at all and I get belt sandwich which has bacon on it. I’m like 7 years I’m ordering the egg belt which has egg, cheese, tomato and lettuce but this location is exceptional that puts bacon in it. Worst part is you can’t go back and tell them you have screwed my sandwich up first thing in the morning. So pathetic!

Wow ... I was going to write a bad review but i guess i have to get in line .... Worst service ever, they have two lines and they keep taking two or three cars in a row from one line and ignoring the other line ... Save your time, get your coffee somewhere else.
Absolutely horrible service. The line was huge on the Sunday of the September long weekend and they had 1 till open and there is barely anyone on staff. How can they not have more staff on in the middle of the day on a long weekend on the main route from cottage country. It makes no sense at all. You should see people running around and trying to get people through as fast as possible but in the 30 minutes I have been waiting in line there are 2 people working. How can they operate like this? On top of everything we get to the register and we are told the do not have ice coffee! Have a sign up, or don't have it on your menu if it's not an option, I would have went to Starbucks, would have waited the same amount of time but would have got what I wanted. If I wasn't in line getting coffee for someone else I wouldn't have waited at all. My recommendation would be if you want a coffee and your in a hurry or don't want to waste your time don't come here. Stop in Barrie, get off the highway and hit a drive thru, you will spend far less time than you will coming to the On Route.
