We've ordered from this Swiss Chalet and the Harvey's associated with it several times now, through the Harvey's app, the Swiss Chalet website, and the drive-thru. In general, they are a good location, pretty accommodating of things like asking for a specific amount of pickles, etc. But, that seems to only work when using drive-thru. Our experiences with ordering Swiss Chalet using the website and Harvey's using the app weren't so good. I suggest you double-check your order if your order ahead when you pick it up. Make sure everything is there, even if it means opening up your food. Two or three times, we've had this location screw up our order. On the positive side, they are very friendly and if you report any missing item(s), they'll give you a credit or a code for your next visit. The staff are always friendly and I think the location deserves four stars. They just need to make sure they follow order-ahead orders exactly!

This place is not ready for online orders, It took me too long to get my order, and also the front guy was so rude.. when I say Why my order is taking too long. I will definitely never come back to this horrific place...
Be very careful when paying at this location. The manager insisted the mc payment did not go through. I said it did as I entered the pin twice. He insisted I process the payment again. Now I have 2 charges on the mc bill. Called the branch and they refused to correct the error over the phone and I have to make a special trip in again to get back the money that they stole from me. If it was their error they should have been able to look up the error at their end and correct it.
Worst swiss chalet ever. Got 2 quarter chicken dinners one looks amazing the other looked like one of the kids on break had a go at it before I got it. The one looks like they might have ran out of fries. This isn't the first time I've been into this location and was told they have no fries. How do you run out of fries???? Half skin on the chickens. I will not be going to this location again. The Harvey's here is no better. ----------- Tried to use the url you sent and that doesn't work either.
Not the first time theyve screwed us on our food, but itll definetely be the last, they served us burnt chicken, seriously burnt, why go back?
Went through the drive through and received overcooked, burnt, cold burgers, cold fries and onion rings. I called to complain stating the facts and was told not to insult the employees. The supervisor did give us 2 free meals but this restaurant really needs to improve on freshness (fries sit in bin for ages), stock (sold out of chicken!), customer service (apologize and correct the problem, timely service, manners) and properly cooked items (not burnt, under cooked, cold). Very disappointed once again.
Just got home from driving into alcona for Swiss Chalet. Ran out of chicken??? That’s like Micky-D’s running out of Big Macs Now that’s some quality management right there , I really hope the the people that sit at the big table pay attention to these reviews!!! Sad !!!
