Terrible. Sunday noon.feb 28. No sausages. Food store 100 yards away. Waitress tells us she\ wishrs she had not let us in\. Unbelievable. Will ne in touch with owner. Less than one star. Worst place ever in 75 years.

I love this place! We have tried many breakfast places in Alcona and this one is my favourite, hands down! Their eggs are delicious! Serena makes the best pancakes!!! The staff are friendly and welcoming! Come hungry as the portions are generous!
Staff is very hostile. We were a party of 6 and arrived 10 minutes late for our reservation. As soon as we entered the waitress berated us for being late, which was very shocking. We are adults and none of us have been “in trouble” for being late since high school. When we confronted the waitress for her rude behaviour she abruptly kicked us all out. I don’t understand what kind of fascist establishment this is. Even if we are 45 minutes late, it’s the job of the staff to be accommodating, as is expected from an establishment in the hospitality industry. And if the table has been forfeited, simply say so, it’s not like any of us cared that much. The waitress also SWORE at members of our party, which is completely unacceptable and out of line. I won’t repeat what was said as I don’t want my review to be removed but we will get more detailed when we pursue this matter formally. Please beware when thinking of going to this location.
I've been here a few times with my girlfriend, and it's been a great experience! The food is good, the service is great and the atmosphere is quite nice.
