Very rude delivery supervisor. I can see why this has 2 stars. Will NEVER use this service again. The sad thing was I wouldn't have chose to use them in the first place because of pervious experiences from a friend. However, amazon shipped it through them. I don't own a mailbox here, I have a physical address, when I tried to explain this to him, he was rude. interrupted me, didn't even listen to what I was saying just argued with me about how long he has been in the position. Told him I have lived here for longer than he has been working there and never had an issue before his response was a very sarcastic \terrific\ he was very unprofessional, when I asked to speak to his manager he said \I am the manager\ So I asked for the super intendant to call me and got \you wanna talk to him?!\ as a response. of course I do, I want the problem resolved. I didn't pay to pick it up, I paid for physical address delivery. Why it is all of a sudden an issue I am unsure. Spoke with other residence of my building, they have received many things as well here such as packages with no issues so still confused as to why this was such a problem. Thankfully ANOTHER company resolved this issue. When the super intendant calls I will be sure to let him know my experience.

Spent the morning outside shoveling & waiting for the delivery truck, never saw them... at noon I checked the package tracker and it said that delivery had been attempted and the package would be available at the depot the next day. The tracking page also said that a notification had been left, but that was a lie too. No attempt was made to deliver my package and no notification had been left. Does anyone wonder why people choose to use other couriers these days? Canada Post was almost 1/3 higher cost on this DELIVERY and I'm going to have to go PICK IT UP at the depot.... I'm extremely disappointed with the service. You can guess what my preference will be the next time I have to send/receive a shipment.
They still don’t have their hours posted...? Simple things like that show how unorganized this post office seems. If I get my mail late due to another strike too then all hopes lost for good postal service anymore cool. Come get some business done at my work place sometimes we’ll gladly treat you the same.
Worst post office ever they need to fire the lady with gravy colored hair.
