Got a bridge loan in November and still haven’t received paperwork, it is March. Eric murtrie blames COVID. 4 months for paperwork.....really? Almost April, still no documents, Eric doesn’t care. There is 9000 missing. Will escalate.

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Especially this branch. Word of advice, don't EVER deal with scotiabank. They are unreliable, uncooperative, and definitely uneducated.

I had an appointment yesterday with Linda Scott. First, she called me 15 minutes before my appointment while I was on my way to the bank to inform she has to cancel my appointment!. Second while I was waiting in the line up for 10 minutes, she came and in a rushed manner asked me to follow her to the room and while I was standing there, she did not even offer me to take a sit started to explain that I was misinformed by her other colleague for my request and there should be a confusion and I have to go to my main branch in Richmond hill to take care of my stuff. I am very disappointed with the service that these people provided for me as a 7 years committed customer.
