Great customer service! Not only they replied quickly but also accommodated all my requests, gave me reasonable options and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. They care about your satisfaction and explained everything in detail. Alex was the technician that installed the furnace, digital thermostat and humidifier and he really was patient and knowledgable. Impressive services were provided last week to our house! We removed drop-ceiling and realized all our duct required immediate attention as week after we have cabinetry company with kitchen installation. I ask online for the referrals and get a lot of suggestion to hire North Wind Heating & Air Conditioning. I send a message to phone provided and with no time waiting we had Technician Alex next day already working on our duct system.
