I'm giving 5 stars for the girls that were working today. I purchased 6 large subs on Friday October 2nd at 5:30pmish at the Innisfil plaza. There were 3 girls working and they were very well organized and fast. I was so pleased at how well they put the subs together and helped other customers plus cashed me out. Thank you girls for all your hard work the subs were excellent!

I have always enjoyed this location of Mr. SUB until my visit today! First and foremost when I told the girl there are supposed to be 10 pieces of pepperoni on a pizza sub she told me there was and when I took the subs apart there was 8 slices on one and 7 slices on the other. As well they were made very sloppily and I'm sure given a good squeeze because she didn't like being told about the pepperoni . I hope the owner who is a very nice man will rectify this situation when I see him next!

Called about our subs that were supposed to be hot/warm that ended up cold, they gave me attitude. Also found that my sub was missing toppings extremely disappointed with them.
Was there tonight around 6-ish, there's this girl that works there with black hair and a nose piercing I think?? (I spaced out half of the time), anyways she and her coworker made the HELL out of my ham sub, really blessed me
