Great service! Innpower arrived soon after I called about our outage. They got the job done despite the cold wind and rough terrain. I am sooo grateful and relieved to have the power on again...lights, furnace and water pump all working again. Whew! All ready for the forecasted winter storm.

Not impressed with fragility of the network. I don't care that it is a Hydro One issue according to you. I pay for InnPower Service, not Hydro One. There have been far to many outages especially in the area south of IBR this year. Again this morning. Every time there is a weather event.....rural service reliability is better. Oh yes, we also pay the same rates that we do at our cottage..seasonal residence...WHY?
Anything to get that last bit of change out of you!
