Doctors are amazing, but the reception is horrible, I have post traumatic stress disorder and cannot call to book appointments with my doctor because I have severe phone trauma and the reception are incredibly mean and condescending. I also have physical conditions that need to be seen about and my doctor wants me to call her, yet the reception is creating a massive barrier for me to do so. I am extremely unhappy as I was told it should settle out in a couple years, but well it has been a couple years and nothing has changed. This has made seeing or even speaking to my doctor completely inaccessible for me and that is not ok. They are a doctors office and need to accommodate ALL disabilities.

My Dr. is amazing, there is no better! However, the reception is another story. You call, wait and then get hung up on. When you do get through they couldn't care less about why you are calling and take zero accountability. They will be as difficult as possible, shooting down any options or suggestions you have to resolve your issue. You would think they would hire caring ,compassionate and helpful people, given the fact they work in the health care sector.
We Have Dr Dhillon as our Doctor.He’s a good doctor and we never have any problems making appointment with him.He never rushes the appointment always listens to you.
Hiring a more empathetic receptionist will improve your business tremendously! I've talked to that receptionist (the blonde one with short hair) and I can tell the way she talks to the patients that she is ready to fight back. It was a very strong impression I had from the very first time I talked to her. Receptionists are the face of the business, when you call or arrive to the office. If the first thing that you encounter, is a receptionist that cut you off when you are trying to explain a situation or talk to you like if you were trash begging for a service, you will loose more than patients, you will loose respect and credibility...and moreover your business will sink like a rock in the middle of the ocean.
