Most honest Employee and Store Owner!! In December 2020 I came in to buy a gift card to use over the Christmas holidays, I ended up forgetting to use it. Last week I went in to purchase a meal using my gift card just to find out it had no money loaded on it. Initially I thought here we go again (Negative thoughts running through my mind). But one of the employees asked me if I placed on the card, I said yes that it sounded about right. The employee then told me that she was the employee that loaded the card and that she realized that she made a mistake after I had left. She then went to reload my card with the amount that I purchased.. I was in disbelief as I have not seen this type of honesty and integrity in a very very long time in an employee nowadays. This employee and store has earned my repeat business and I sincerly hope it does for you as well. I salute Aubary for her Honesty and integrity and to Aubary parents for raising an awesome young adult, and to the Store owner for empowering their employees to make the right decisions. P.S And yes the food was awesome in all aspects. 100/10 :)

Food is mostly always fresh but the customer service could use a lot of work. In particular an older woman with glasses who always has an attitude with me and is rude. The pangoa bowl is my favorite with the miso dressing and is my go to as well as the texmex burrito. Overall a good quick eat but customer service makes it hard to want to support the business.
Its your typical Freshii. Not great, but it's going to be enough to fill you; especially if thats what youre lookin for.
Absolutely horrid experience Been here several times before always loved it and have had a nice chat with what seems to be the owner. Today was not like that, it was like the cashier didn't listen to what I asked for. Very simple exclusions and inclusions and messaged them up not once but twice. She specifically asked me if I wanted a protein for my order because I forgot to include it and so o added it then when it was made she said I never ordered it at all. Normally love this place but now considering not going back to this location again. When she remade the one she messed up she just threw things on a bowl didnt give me the extras I had asked for and was really light on the sauce. Unacceptable.
