İ had 2 property leasehold from innes-England 1. St one was 40 years old fish and chips Shop all equipments were very old, too small. A new fish bar open near by then Shop didnt make money I closed the Shop and ask garry woodward Who is director of innes England to change Off use to mini market he refused it then i asked tatoo Shop, barber Shop Garry declined all my requirements! So Shop being empty for 6 years till lease end. During Shop empty i paid their rent also i was paing 1000 every year building insurance. Other Shops where next to me were paing 200-300 pound building insurance i was paing 5 times more even my Shop was the smallest one! When is lease end Gary woodward didnt accept the nottice he asked me to Repair the Shop Get the Electric and gas certifecate and this is cost me a huge money too. When i had the Shop there was No elektrik or gas certificate. When neighbors moved or bought the new lease he didnt ask them delepedation or any certificates. .HE Only and delebertly gave me the financial damage and couse trouble always were saying No. He didnt check other properties inspection but he made mine every year 2 times!. Becouce i wasnt a white english.!! Gary is horible person i have met in my life!! Second Shop was kebab&pizza Shop i was paing 1570 a year for building insurance other shops were paing 200-300 pound a year i asked its too High Bill for a take away but he doesnt cared. İ was paing 16. 000 a year rent, when lease is end he Said rent Will be 25.000!! İ coulnt pay that money but with out lease i coulnt sell the Shop. So whole parrade sold we Get rid off Garry new landlord made new lease and agreed 16.500 rent a year plus gave tenants 3 bedroom on top. A person wouldnt be discusting more then Gary woodward. He were reciest, lier, crook!! .He took my 7 years to work for him 90 hours a week pay him rent, building insurance, fire alarm and service charges.

İ was tenants off innes-England paing rent 16500 a year when is lease end they asked rent 25. 000 a year.! I coldnt sell the Shop and becouse of High rent i coulnt make New lease. Then landlord changed New landrord made new lease for 18.000 and 3 bedroom added. Gary woodward Who is director of Derby brunch profecional theif he makes money from landlord and tenants.. HE wrights cheqes for building insurance, fire alarm, service and maintaince charges landlord not aware. but Gary WOODWARD takes this money to his account. Gary woodward is also a resist guy, a lot of Shops Close down he didnt ask for any of them Dilapidation except me becouse i wasnt a White English! . He didnt check and inspect any orher properties side to me but he deliberetly came and inspect mine. Gary woodward is a disqustion person i have ever seen in my life. He is a big lier! He is agree with you when He speaks on the phone but difrient by writing dont believe his any words.
After dealing with Innes England (Derby) I will confidently state that I would never deal with them again while Debbie Thompson is still there. I have never come across such a low level of professionalism. She showed nothing but pure laziness when it came to approaching my self with answers for any enquiries I put forward/viewing arrangements, I was led on with constant lies & Its a shame how low someone can make you feel. Extremely rude induvial which I would strongly recommend to avoid!
