The software works partially. It is sold with incredibly many bugs and it demands a lot of patience and months in order to get it to work partially. Customer support is very rude and never gives straight answers. They will make their best to run out support time and never answering all the tickets and never solving all the issues. In the end they will leave you with a broken store and deny you to fix it unless you pay them 900USD for another year of support. The experience is very bad. I lost months of work and a lot of patience needed to handle with the faulty platform and awful support. In the end I was left to my own devices with a broken shop generating broken PDF printing files. They never give any explanations unless you want to pay for more money and they always threaten you so you don't tell people about what they do. Still today I have tickets that were never answered. Finally, they have threatened to revoke my license if I would go out and told people what would happened. After I paid thousands of dollars and got a broken software that generates broken PDF files, they will now revoke my license. It's almost funny...
