Very friendly staff and it's cool that you can bring your own food to give the animals. Their animals are all pretty friendly and very cute. The little pigs they have are so adorable I gave them way too much food! They have a variety of animals like goats, pigs, cows, horses, rabbits, etc. You definitely won't just stand around with animals ignoring you either. It's only 5/person too, which is pretty cheap and you can buy cones of feed: 3 for 5!

This is probably the first time I've left a petting zoo feeling really good about what I saw. The animals are all gentle creatures who look in great shape, and have a great amount of space to play (some enclosures are bigger than entire petting zoos we've seen before). Even with covid and the cold weather there was loads to do, and piles of sweet little goat kids to play with. The kids were in love with a duo of excited piglets. We were halfway home when the toddler begged to turn around. She had forgotten to say goodbye to a pony. If it hadn't been past closing we might have gone for it! Really recommend. Went with my family and had a great time! All the animals are sweet and friendly, we got to pet everybody. Big playground with lots of toys for kids. The owner was very nice, and we are always happy to support a family business! We also bought fresh eggs, chicken and duck eggs and we can't wait to try them! I will be going back soon with my friends :)
It is not really a zoo. It is basic farm with set of typical farm animals. The owner lady is sitting on stairs of old barn, watching her humongous cell phone and yelling on children if they are running for chickens. Children play structure are not 100% safe for kids. Was our first and last time at this place. If you have a choice then go somewhere also. PS: Need to mention a fire pit near children play structures, owners are using it for household garbage burning, even plastic.
A nice farm, with a good variety of animals, perfect for a day out with kids. It has a nice playground as well, with some small cars and trucks for the kids to ride as well as an interesting play structure. I personally enjoyed watching and petting the animals but felt bad for some of them, in the first section with the horses and dunkeys in particular, some of them seemed to have an eye condition because of forcing their faces to the fences, which I'm not sure how normal it might be. Overall, nice place with a fair ticket cost. Great opportunity for family time and some unique experiences.
Really enjoyed are visit here friendly animals and staff are more then happy to answer questions about the animals great place to bring the kids and enjoy the open space.
Absolutely love visiting the Barnyard Zoo! The animals are so friendly and come right up looking for a pet or a treat. Amazing value and fun for the whole family. Wish we were closer!!!
