Used to be a good service when we had a regular driver who was exceptionally chipper and reliable. However, we now have had several problems with failed collection of a nappy bin, sometimes leaving us with an awful smell for over 2 weeks!! Our account has only been credited once I made several complaints and the service doesn't seem to be getting any better and this has been ongoing for over 12 weeks, not great service!
