Car Doctor

My name is Jason Coyle from Car Doctor, an independent garage that services and maintains any make of car, van, jeep or motorhome. For me attention to detail, quality and honesty is important so, with this in mind, I'll tell you a little story. One day a driver from Initial came into our garage looking for directions, so we told him how to get to where he wanted to go. We got chatting - as you do - and after a few minutes I could tell he was a really honest, genuine, down to earth guy. I quizzed him about floor mats and he told me all I needed to know. Anything he didn't know he said he would find out and get someone to call me - which they did. A lovely woman by the name of Michelle called us, arranged a meeting and came out and went through everything in detail, costs, the pro's and con's, Very impressed! Now we have mats from Initial for our reception, garage and toilets and we believe it's a great service. But none of this would have happened had the driver not been so genuinely interested in his job and the company he works for. His name is Brian O'Connor and he changes our mats on a regular basis, always with a smile on his face. Initial are very lucky to have him, and so are we.
