Visited today for advice on fish tank equipment. Staff where absolutely fabulous, knowledgeable, informative and very polite. Didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped us but he made time for us to explain the equipment we where buying, made sure all parts where compatible and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

A great little garden and aquatic centre. Excellent range of pond plants, at very good prices and everything else you need for a garden pond. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, too.

Absolutely horrible visit. Been many times and purchased fish with no problems but this time the customer service was horrid! We only popped in to ask for some advice but all we got was sarcastic comments and then practically kicked out! Will definitely not be returning. Need to work on your customer service training!

The best aquatic shop in Hull area - staff take great care of live stock, shop has a good selection of aquatic (and garden) plants. and gorgeous koi carps in all possible colours ands sizes! love the place.
