Our VW Golf threatened to break down at the start of our 1100 mile trip back to the UK, in spite of us having been to 2 garages to try to sort out the problem. We dropped in out of the blue on a Saturday morning and they agreed to look at it. We were treated with great politeness and efficiency, and sat waiting in comfort in their show room. The Meister kept us informed of progress, and eventually had the news that they did not have the parts to mend the car then and there, however, it was probably OK to get us back home slowly. This we did. We cannot thank them enough for whatever they did do to the car that got us home, and for helping us in our hour of need.
