Worst service I ever had in my life. Dropped off my Hyabusa August 15 and after one month I called. They said oh we are really busy. One more month passes and no phone call from them I call and they say oh bike is ready. I go in to pick bike up and my fuel pump is messed up making a really loud whining noise. I just replaced the fuel pump brand new 3 weeks prior. They waited until I got in to tell me about the pump also padded my bill for 4 quarts coolant I did not require and told me I needed a new coolant tank but it's not leaking and nothing wrong with it Talked to GM (Rodger) and he said he would personally see the bike was checked out to see if they did anything to it they called me 3 days later I came in drove off with it and noise still there they lied, never test drove it. I have a major problem on my hands they screwed up my fuel pump and won't fix it. Just played games with me.

Cooper is awesome - Wanted to upgrade from my Ninja 400 & went there to checkout 600cc bikes & Cooper really explained everything I needed to know & spent a lot of time helping me to get the feel for different bikes by sitting on em in different ridding positions & explaining the differences. No pressure at all, Very friendly environment & then later followed up as promised. Will definitely be recommending these guys to everyone who needs a bike.

“They won’t bother helping you if the service needed is not worth their while and under a certain amount”.
