The most amazing place to find your dress. I thought I had a clear picture in my mind of what I wanted, but the ladies at The Bespoke Wardrobe found me the perfect dress which wasn't at all what I imagined. It was all bespoke - you can basically create whatever look you want. I added a big skirt, slightly changed the neck line and added a fixed ribbon around the waist. It was made to measure so fitted me perfectly when it arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. So highly recommended.

Awful experience. I don't usually make the effort to write reviews, however I was shocked and disappointed in the way myself and my Maid of honor were treated last weekend. I was excited about visiting this shop since hearing good things from people around me. When we arrived, we were greeted nicely, exactly how they were on the phone however when I was asked what dresses I liked / what shops I had been to previously, Mary's response was 'We do not have lace..' I felt immediately that the tone dropped. I asked if there was more than one rail, she replied defensively saying 'No, all high quality bridal shops will have less dresses' and then went on to explain how amazing these British hand made dresses were... Unfortunately, I not only felt uncomfortable in the shop I also could not find a single dress that I loved the look of. Of course, I was polite and picked two dresses to try on (one being the only lace dress in the shop of about 20 dresses in total). Mary was not pleasant while helping me into the dresses, she seemed to look down on me because of what dresses I had said I liked which she didn't stock. I was meant to try on a 'wild card' dress however my appointment was cut short as another lady turned up at the wrong time, instead of saying they were busy with my appointment my MOH heard Mary say (while I was getting out my dress) 'We are done here anyway now, so tell them to wait' meaning my appointment was cut short by 30 minutes. Not all brides are successful with certain shops however it was made clear that Mary wanted me out her shop as she knew there wouldn't be a sale. I thought it was highly unprofessional and rude. BRIDES - please before making appointments, note that there is ONE rail of dresses and that lace is not something they stock. Luckily, this was not my first time trying on dresses so I was able to laugh it off and put it down to experience. NEVER again.
Wonderful little boutique run by a lovely lady - Mary. I got my dream dress semi-bespoke made for a fraction of the price, was definitely worth commuting from London! Thanks again!!
A beautiful shop housing the best in British bridal design. Professional, considered service. Mary was able to advise my future sister-in-law who travelled in from Italy at very short notice into the exciting process of choosing her gown. The attention to small details and the expert advice are invaluable. With the overwhelming array of dresses and accessories in-store to choose from, nothing is too rushed or too much trouble. We were very comfortable with the level of service and guidance we were offered, and the final choice of dress is simply stunning on the bride to be! Thank you Mary and Debbie.
Beautiful shop, stunning dresses & amazing customer service from start to finish. I purchased the very first dress I tried on and nothing was ever to much trouble - from first fitting through to post wedding alterations by the lovely Debbie. Big thanks to you all for helping me find my perfect wedding dress. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
