Great products at a decent price, but the delivery drivers are INCREDIBLY rude and so are the staff on the phone when you ring up to raise a reasonable complaint.

We have been buying from Infinity since I was pregnant with our first son and we turned organic, as I had read how important it is- so that is 22 years ago. They have always been VERY helpful. Delivery driver who normally comes here is WONDERFUL. The food is excellent and the admin team have always been very helpful too. I can't recommend them highly enough, to individuals who want to be organic and help save the planet. I just wish they could work on the plastic problem now with how the cases are wrapped. But that is a big issue for all wholesalers and all of us.
