I had an unfortunate event with my Monster truck. I inquired about a vehicle from an online app. Chelsea Huff was amazing. She contacted me, arranged for all the documents to be submitted electronically. She even went above and beyond and brought a vehicle to me to test drive. After the drive and my decision, she went back to the dealership to work on financing with her managers. After a short while she called, arranged to pick me up and finalize my purchase! The BEST car buying experience I ever encountered! I have been loyal to the FMC for 25 years and never had such an experience! I requested a payment \less than a house payment\ and they came in UNDER my expected budget! WOW! Prior to leaving they wanted to ensure I knew how to work the functions in the vehicle prior to leaving! Even ensuring my seat, and mirror adjustments were to my satisfaction! Amazing! After an impeccable detail, they filled the tank. I left with a FULL tank of gas! Yes! Thank you for such caring and personal service! Everyone was friendly, inviting and very welcoming (despite the masks). I am beyond impressed and look forward to being a lifelong customer! Thank you and Be Blessed!
