For P25T/night it accommodated our group 22 comfortably. There is a short lapping pool and the beach is very nice if the sea is calm. The house is made with expensive wood. Toilets are clean. They have caretakers who constantly clean the place. Should bring your own food. Cooking utensils, plates, drinking water, towels, shampoo and soap are part of the package. Highly recommended for large groups looking for a place to just chill.
