Great office and very welcoming staff. Dr. Janke is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She also was extremely willing to help me and went out of her way to do so when I had a visitor in town who needed her assistant with his contacts. I really appreciated her willingness to help and will continue to go to this office for my eye care needs for as long as I live here! Also is always punctual and great flexibility in scheduling with me given my busy work schedule. Highly recommend!

I waited 2 weeks for my appointment because I traveled to another state. I just moved to Indianapolis, hence my being in another state. Day of appointment, I called the office to tell them I would be late because I was lost. They told me I had to reschedule if I’m 10 minutes late it’s their policy - no exceptions. I broke my glasses, need a new script and waited TWO weeks to specifically go to this place. I I rescheduled appointments, my entire day and waited 2 weeks. Don’t be late on your first visit. They clearly have enough patients to turn away new ones.

This was my first time coming to inVista to purchase new glasses. Staff are friendly, patient, and willing to make sure everything is perfect. The selection of frames is unique and very different from national chains such as Lenscrafters, but there are many beautiful options. The handwritten thank you note I received when I picked up my glasses tells me that this is a business that cares and is willing to work extra hard. Highly recommended.

inVista is by far the best optometry clinic I have ever been to. The staff are extremely helpful and customer focused. The exam equipment they use is state of the art. The frame selection is extensive. Highly recommend.
