Staff obviously don’t know a lot. Girl with the pink hair rolled her eyes at me after I asked for help twice. No wonder there aren’t a lot of reviews in the past few years...people are going to Magic Bus in BR. They (Magic Bus) have way more knowledge than this place & better customer service.

Bought my first water pipe from here and Alex helped me out. Very knowledgeable And helpful. Taught me how to clean it and use it. Very good worker and all the staff knows what they are doing! Highly recommend getting glass from here or just going inside and taking a look around! Would give more stars if I could. :)
