Don’t answer the phone and if you do get through the delivery is typically over 2 hours. Shame, the food is great.

Disgusted!! I actually ordered every week but now I will stay well clear wanting to deliver me cold food an hour and a half after ordering to be then told I can’t have a refund as it’s my fault after clearly stating i still wanted the order and I’d pay extra! Hanging up the phone on customers who want to resolve matters is no way to run a business!! I’ll be staying well clear now and so should everyone else!!
