I came to renew my passport and I found the entire passport office staffs are very polite and friendly which is difficult to see in lots of hospitals too as I am a hospital staff. I hope all the staffs be safe and blessed and healthy. . I had some passport name issues which was solved by the manager of the office and I experienced a really wonderful persons there. I would personally suggest every Indians in Kuwait to apply here.

Very bad service, very bad experience. Robbers, looting innocent people. They had made mistake with my passport name and instead of accepting their mistake they are asking me to pay money for new passport.
Currently the official website of CKGS isn’t working. Kindly fix asap because we can’t track our applications. Thanks
I had a bad experience, the staff who dealt was not impressive had an attitude,because we are at the receiver's end we have to bear all these.If you are having a good experience, then you are lucky,please go through the website,you cant get the correct information from the staff,they will make you run back and forth.Staff Quality has to be improved.

It was an amazing feeling there at the embassy, The people were really polite and people at the specially Mr.Dawood Sir and Supervisor really helpful, I went to for my passport Renewal and it went really nice and smoothly. They are really professional at there work and really helpful it was a great experience.
Timings are not same as earlier It is now from 8 am to 4 pm without lunch break. They are taking many weeks to renew the passport nowadays. And police verification of address in India has become pre requisite before re issuing of passport. So apply well in time.
