Inedible, luke warm, oily food but what was even worse was the customer service! I've been using them since April 2006 but NEVER AGAIN!! Our last order was missing items and cold. Today, when giving our order, I explained the previous issue and pleaded for it to be good. It was awful. After it was delivered, I called straight away asking if they were open, as I was happy to return everything in order to get a full refund... but was hung up on!! Called straight back, another member of staff answered, full refund given but then informed I was barred as apparently 'I always complain' and had 'sworn at the member of staff taking my previous call!' . Am known to the Manager (who apparently was out?) and in over 10 years I've NEVER complained before?! Really upsetting tbh

Have been using Indian Ocean for years. Ordered lots of different things from their menu and all have been very tasty. All the food ordered over the phone has always been correct and on time as well. They also offer a discount if you collect in person. Staff are nice and friendly. Would recommend .

Best indian food in town by far! Chicken tikka masala on point and too chilli.. staff are always polite and helpful as I have dietary requirements! Must try!
