The funeral home director Nichole Gebhart was so wonderful to my family and I during this heart breaking time!! She was there for any questions I had no matter what time of the day it was!! I'm so blessed to have had her help plan my father's funeral, she made something so hard to do with a heavy heart so easy. Thank you for everything!!

The funeral directors at Newcomers Noland Road Chapel have been great. Don made us feel comfortable, from our very first meeting all the way through to completion. And, his partner, Nicole, in addition to being very friendly, was super organized and efficient. She was always on top of paperwork, pictures, and videos. With the exception of a miscommunication, regarding memory cards at the visitation, the entire process went off without any problems. I would definitely recommend Newcomers for anyone's funeral needs.
Very friendly and answered all questions and advised me as to what I needed to do. They prepared the death certificate for filing with the state and send me a copy to review for correct information. I found an error in the birth date and returned the corrected copy the same day. They had already sent the incorrect copy to the state and had to file a corrected copy. This delayed me in getting copies of the death certificate. It has been 22 days and I still do not have a certified certificate. Unacceptable.
