Very specific capabilities and skills are required to develop and strengthen resilient, adaptive, and competitive markets that are inclusive for the most vulnerable. Our courses are geared towards professionals who work internationally and are dedicated to these activities. Let’s face it, markets are dynamic and complex. Even after conducting a market analysis, the market facilitation interventions that are designed and implemented sometimes go awry for reasons that we missed in the analysis or because of unforeseen factors that appear from what seems nowhere. How can we adapt to these new circumstances? How can we influence improving resiliency in a market where the poor are suppliers and consumers? Taking time out to learn new frameworks and techniques sometimes is just not feasible. All of us can get ‘information’ from the internet, but to take information and gain knowledge, that requires reflection on the information and experience, deepening the learning with different learning tools that dig deeper into a topic, and then having the opportunity to test and apply the new framework or concept in the field where you are working. The Inclusive Markets Institute's courses are conducted solely online to enable professionals to work while they are simultaneously engaged in a learning process. Each course will explore a topical theme, through articles, instructional videos, webinars, coaching and peer support.
