Ive just bought my new car from Toyota Oxford and I could not fault the service I received. Paul gave me all the information I needed about the car including my own personal video of the car as we are in lockdown there is no test drives. But the video showed me everything I needed to see, good communication daily through emails keeping me updated with all the steps of the process. Everything was done electronically which was quick and easy. Even picking up the car was simple quick and easy. Very friendly and professional service from Paul and Patricia.
