I bought a used Toyota but apart from a few minor things such as lack of communication and understanding with Peter all was well I spoke and dealt with a new young chap named Aaron who went above and beyond to ensure my journey to purchase a vehicle was not wasted answered all and any questions showed me around via videos and pictures almost a week in to buying my car I love it apart from wax stains around the car allegedly that will not go away and having been promised car mats and things as part of the deal still not received Aaron no longer works there called to speak to Manager twice no luck getting through and no reply to my emails wont be using again or recommending after sales is useless

I bought a used car through this dealership. Really professional service, nothing was too much trouble. I dealt with Aaron throughout. He gave me a good deal on the car that I was looking for, much better value than I’d found elsewhere. There was a slight hitch in the delivery of the vehicle but he kept me updated on progress and now the car has arrived I’m thrilled with it. He has continued to provide excellent after sales support too. Would highly recommend, a great experience from start to finish.

Recently received fantastic customer service from start to finish when buying my new car from here, the member of the sales team took care of me from start to drive away, kept me in the loop constantly and was very engaging with conversation. The site itself is clean and a safe environment to be in especially during the covid period, overall I could not fault this place, the staff or the customer service. A fantastic outlet for the Toyota brand! 10/10 would buy again
