Exceptional service, delivered with a smile and courtesy at all times. In-Excess were incredibly flexible and supportive, helping us to identify a solution at very short notice. The looked after us and our belonging with great care and attention to detail, always keeping us informed and communicating clearly. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and I would recommend them completely as providing an outstanding service, from my first call with them to the last box being delivered.

A five star experience. I was not moving house but needed my kitchen packing up and storing for several weeks and was feeling very stressed. Shenda and Louise, from start to finish, took away the worry and the work and made me feel I was their only customer. The customer service I received from In-excess from admin to returning my goods from storage from the removal team was absolutely first class and I would unreservedly recommend them.

Really professional operation from start to finish. Shenda and Louise looked after the booking which kept changing because of solicitor delays. They kept me informed of availability throughout and did so cheerfully despite the numerous changes to schedule. On the move days John and Dave were brilliant and made the whole thing look easy. They were quick and efficient and very obliging. Originally we had planned to do the removal ourselves but we are so glad we left it to the professionals. We would certainly recommend In-Excess to anyone looking to ease the hassle of their removal.

Top professional outfit. The team were amazing, cheerful, professional and nothing too much trouble. These guys could fit a football in an eggcup. They get things through doors that normal people wouldn't be able to. Total magicians! Would recommend and use again without hesitation.
