It was my first time using In Bloom and for what would be an important occasion. I couldn't get to the shop and so had to do all the transactions via telephone. There is a certain level of trust which you base your hopes on the transaction working perfectly and the product being as desired. Not being able to see what I was ordering meant I had to lean on the staff to ensure I got several special requests fulfilled, I vaguely knew what I wanted but they were unique in their offering of products I didn't know of. I relied on In Bloom for size as I had no idea of what was best. Their knowledge was perfect, additional small details made all the difference in not only choosing the correct flower piece for each position but down to even the cards and placement of them. I could have been easily upselled but I wasn't every spray was unique to the person that bought it. I wasn't disappointed the flowers were beautiful, family requests for last minute were added less than 24 hours to delivery and the whole transaction was stress free not just for me but for those who made last minute editions. The flowers are still there at my mother's grave well over a week later the quality speaks volumes. The roses for the coffin placement were of beautiful quality the biggest roses I ever saw. I even made a phone call to them after the event thanking them for the flowers and the quality of work, not something I perhaps would of normally done but I felt these ladies deserved it.

I ordered flowers for my partner for Valanties and paid 46.50p in total wanting a bit of the wow factor very disappointed as the same as 25 boutique as advertise I pointed this out to Susan and asked what I was paying all this extra money for to get a muted response I feel done also spoilt a very special day Susan unwilling to explain what I have paid extra for. First picture is 25 advertised by her second is what my partner got,you even get Lilly's and more Rose's in 25 boutique Its spoilt my day also my partners please AVOID
Purchased 2 bouquets on separate occasions and they was absolutely gorgeous and will be back next week for another one nice to have a fabulous florist on my doorstep. Thanks Simon
Ordered a dozen red roses for golden wedding on 24th October and they have lasted until now. Very impressive and an attractive display as well. Excellent quality.
Wouldn't go anywhere else for flowers since I found In Bloom. The staff are friendly and extremely efficient, the service is excellent, on top of that the flowers are amazing. Fantastic choice and they last for ages.
