Rubbish in my experience. Fitted my screen protector badly, so removed it. Couldn't find another one, so the staff member rang the boss asking what to do and was instructed to fit the wrong one, with a big hole in it. The hole is supposedly for the fingerprint scanner but my phone does not need it. As a brief visitor to the North West I am unable to go back to Imzi.

I took my phone in to get the charging port fixed... and as soon as i got it back the SIM port no longer worked... They told me there is no way that this can affect the SIM port, and a simple online search told me that's not true... So, I took it back to them and they \fixed\ the sim port, which im dubious about as now my signal is awful when earlier it was fine. And also now the volume jumps to full randomly, the headphone port doesnt work anymore....and my battery barely lasts half a day without needing charging. Basically they pretty much bricked my phone. Avoid like the plague. They either 1-dont know what they are doing 2- are using bad quality components Or 3-are actually causing more problems in the hope that you will pay more to have them fixed. NOPE...
Gave my laptop -MacBook , as it was not picking up charge . Got battery changed for 120. Repair lasted 25 hours, took it back got it back after 2 weeks, this time it lasted less than 25 hrs. Do the owners realise how frustrating this is , for the customer, wasting time travelling ,paying hefty parking fees and waste of money Could the owners refund me and at least apologise for wasting my tome and energy for trusting them ?
Amazong store, excellent products and prices but the best thing was the honesty and kindness if the guys serving us each visit. Its my goto store for phones and phobe accessories ... 100% recommended
