I was here to have my hair rebonded with treatment and the result was disaster,. Nagkaputol putol yung hair ko as in from the top of my head, nagsitayuan yung mga putol n hair n parang gupit lalaki, kumpol kumpol. Pag nagsuklay ako ang daming putol n buhok, sobrang nakakaiyak..I'm sooooo disappointed. Ilang months ko pa titiisin to kc tagal humaba ng buhok ko..Binabad yata ng matagal yung gamot sa hair ko :( ;( they should have checked my hair regularly bago pa maluto sa gamot.. ;( to the management, please remind/reeducate your employees again para wala ng mabiktima...
