This inept delivery driver gets stuck in the snow, when he didn't even need to park in it. Next day, stops by and leaves a message to fat shame me for not going out to help him despite the tip he got. I won't order again. Good job.

We Love the Waterloo Imos the Staff is always Friendly and Helpful when you call to place your order and Courteous when you pick up or they Deliver. In the Times that we are Experiencing Good Customer Service is So Appreciated!!
Very good pizza as usual.
Served us a very burnt pizza .... My husband ordered BBQ chicken and it was not edible. My pepperoni was fine tho.
