I don't usually bother leaving reviews for chains, but this is far and away the best Imo's I've been to. The service is great and they're friendly, the food is better than any other Imo's. The lunch special is pretty reasonably priced.

Ill start with saying I like Imos and I love Provel. I attempted to order an XL pizza and cheesy garlic bread, both were burned horribly and cheese was laughable. Call and they remade the pizza, but saying their oven tends to burn everything and they can remove it from the oven early....this one was less burned, but it seems the forgot to put cheese on the pizza. The picture from Ian McDonald's review is what its supposed to look like...this is what mine looked like. Strangely enough I also found a staple in the pizza box as well as another reviewer, but Im willing to say it made it in there when i ripped off the receipt to call the store back...although looking back im pretty sure it was a new staple with no bends in it. This was a huge disappointment because I know how Imos is supposed to be (I also worked there). I guess ill try the Troy location next. Can you tell which was the original pizza and which was the re-made pizza after a complaint? Still couldnt keep the kids out of it, so sorry for the missing pieces.
I will start by saying I have never written a negative Google review, but this experience deserves to be reviewed publicly. My husband and I ordered a house salad. As I was chewing the salad, I felt something very hard and spit out a CLUMP OF STAPLES!!!!!! How do staples even get into a salad?? I understand mistakes happen but a clump of staples?! I’m so thankful the unfortunate event was not made worse by chipping a tooth or my kids eating the staples. Very scary and extremely gross!
The drive up is so slow. There’s 14 cars in line and it’s taking 6 mins per car to get their order. Why can’t we go in and get our order? Not putting myself thru this again.
Imos never fails. I love this pizza. If you dont like thin pizza then dont go here. This is for thin crust pizza lovers only.
