The pricing structure is very confusing, given that they are now unable to provide any manual work pre or post car wash due to covid. I feel I overpaid as a result. And even the carwash itself (on a premium wash) was poor to say the least. I'll be going elsewhere purely due to this
I used the automated car was it was by far the best most well maintained automated wash I have used . Like all automatic car washes it has some limitations when reaching the little nooks and crannies. But on the whole pretty good.
The car wash on this occasion was rushed and the car was not very clean after a 7 wash. If you want a quick once over then I would recommend using this place and having one of the cheaper two washes. Otherwise I would recommend washing it yourself. In general the car wasn't very dirty but the areas that needed attention were missed. I have noticed on several occasions that the wheels never get properly cleaned, however those receiving the wheel shampoo had cleaner wheels. In my opinion it's not worth spending more on the higher priced washes, again just clean the wheels yourself.
My photos speak for themselves. This is after paying 23 for ultra HD wash with valet services. Even they agreed that the services were sub standard but could not do much without the manager's permission who was not in. I feel I have been scammed and would advise others to keep away from this as much as possible
