Immigration is very sensitive and important factor for a person and he/she doesn't need a stress from their lawyer, I am sure few have received a better response from her. But if you are willing to take chance, here are the few things you will suffer from: 1)Will not response to your call and msgs properly. 2)No respect for schedule time. 3)Extremely rude when you try to connect and get any update, As lawyer she has one good quality of lying to you. 4)Won't submit your documentation on time make excuses and will push promised work to next weeks. 5) If anything go south she will blame it on you for not having proper information.

I met with Dipti after my first attorney failed to keep her word and conned me out of several thousand . Dipti gladly took over the case and though she took her time, it seems like she did do her job right. Two months from filing, we had our biometrics appointment, and received our interview notice yesterday via mail. I would definitely recommend her services. She is also doesn't charge exorbitant fees like most attorneys today do!

Please do not choose this lawyer. She is the most unprofessional, rude lawyer I've ever encountered in my life. 1.she is suppose to send me her cost breakup via email the day before our appointment. July 8th. She did not. I had to send a text msg to her 3 times. (She still didn't send the email) 2.due to COVID 19 she wants us to visit her home office. We scheduled an appointment at 12pm of July,9th. We arrived and no one is at home. We immediately received a phone call from her asking us to comeback the second day. She told us it is our problem that we didn't look at her text. (She never sent any text) Please contact me for her rude voice recording, and copy of her text messages.
