We had option 3 from early bird menu for about 11. The poppadom and the sauces were really good. I love the spicy sweet red sauce and the refreshing pickled lime. As the starter, I had mixed kebab, which was great. The onion bhaji was really great and crispy. The main meal was curry, I love the saag. The perfect combination of spicy sweet sour curry. As the dessert we had sliced orange and tea/coffee. Finished off with a little mint chocolate after the bill. The service was dependent on the waitress. One of them was very nice and knows what to do. He made a really nice lime juice and took great group picture for us. However our main waitress was unfortunately not as friendly as the other one. He seemed in hurry all the time and ignore our request. Overall it was a great experience, we were welcomed with a long table with balloons for the birthday celebration.
This was by far the best Indian takeaway we've had round here! The food was obviously freshly made, and tasted so good. We've tried a few places locally and they're nowhere near as good as Imli. We'll definitely be ordering again from here. The food is really good value and we got a free bottle of wine with our order, they offered us red or white but I enquired about a Rose' instead and when it turned up they had put a bottle in for us which was a lovely surprise. Friendly and helpful staff and dead nice food
Imli is our favourite Indian restaurant, the food is always amazing and we’ve never once had a complaint. We were particularly impressed with the covid safety measures put in place. We felt very safe and enjoyed being back in our face restaurant, thanks guys see you soon :)
Wow! This is a brilliant curry house. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Food was delicious and full of flavour. Will definitely be returning in the future.
