Well-known restaurant in Ilsan, where you can taste North Korean dishes including Pyongyang cold noodle. The taste of the cold noodle is very different from Seoul style cold noodle and not every Korean fancies it. It is more plain and subtle. Its broth is made out of beef and the noodle is made out of buckwheat. This place is quite popular in the neighbourhood and busy in lunchtime.

면과 면수에서 은은한 단맛이 입에 착 붙어 여운이 오래오래갔어요. 정말 맛있는 냉면을 먹었습니다. 근데 만두는 숙주가 보이긴하는데 씹히는맛이 없고 고기가 냄새나고 뼈랑 질깃한게 계속 나와서 실망했어요.냉면때문에 다시 가고싶은데 만두는 다신 안먹을래요. 왜냐면 홀에 계시는분이 니트릴 장갑 끼고 계신데 주문받고 서빙하고 치우고 계산하고 전화받고 간식먹고 그 장갑손 그대로 만두 빚으시더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

평양냉면이 어려운 음식이라 생각하는 분께 시작하기좋은 평양냉면이라고 권해드려요. 적당한 간이있고 적당하게 메밀향도있어요. 제대로 평양냉면을 찾으시는분은 뭐 구지 권하지는 않죠. 간이 간간한 편이고 면에 찰기가 있어요. ㅎㅎ

평양냉면이 당기는데 일산에서 을밀대를 생각하면 너무 붐비고 주차할 곳도 없고... 할때 떠올리면 되는 곳. 취향에 따라 다르겠지만 밀리지 않는 내공과 맛이 느껴진다. 직접 빚는 만두도 좋고. 친절한 접객도 가슴에 와 닿는다.

1.맛 평양 냉면 정말 잘합니다. 슴슴하지만 시원한 고기육수 정말 끝내줌! 온반 고기육수를 워낙 잘 내는 집입니다. 온반도 맛있습니다. 만두 슴슴하면서 고기와 두부의 단백한 맛이 좋습니다. 어복쟁반 담백한 소고기와 야채의 조합이 좋습니다. 이집거 먹다 다른집거 못먹습니다. 2.서비스 사장님 친절하시고 서빙해주시는 분 바뀌지 않고 계속 계십니다.
