Nice place for a field trip. Kids can learn a lot of things about marine life. Inner Genius Montessori School visited this place in 2015.

It has a wide variety of preserved marine species on display. There are also injured sea turtles that are treated momentarily to be brought back to the ocean once they're healed. Besides turtles, there are also other sea creatures in aquariums in the museum. There are also exhibits containing information about the vision, mission, and projects of SEAFDEC. Though I would recommend the curator to change the layout of the vicinity so as to make the experience more interactive. Great place!

It is a nice place indeed. I have visited it often times. A perfect place for fisheries students and any related field. We can surely learn through their exhibits.

Decent museum with small aquarium displays of different sea creatures, an attractive shell and exoskeleton collection, and preserved megafauna. Entrance is only P25 per person. While this place is open Mondays to Fridays during office hours, they are open on weekends by appointment only.
