MOD property so no entry but nice to walk up through the woods to see a WW2 era airfield if you are walking past.

Quiet and out of the way. You've got to pick the right day and time and if you do you'll be treated to excellent opportunities for photographing Wildcats and the occasional Merlin. Only four stars because of the lack of activity, but when there is, you have the place to yourself.
