First class service! I had an antique naval telescope that needed a lens clean. Harry did a great job, and also gave the brass a clean for me too! The telescope work also comes with a 3 month guarantee which is good to know. I would highly recommend Intrasights.
Harry is an absolute gent, he has now fixed three pairs of binoculars for me over the last two years. Ross of London,Minolta,Opticron. Always a first class service from him with extremely efficient carriage with no delays. Even sending me some spare screws for my Adlerblick binoculars. Can't fault Intrasights ..10 outa 10.

While visiting my parents my father was complaining that his binocular's were not as good as they used to be. They do not have the internet so I did a search on my phone and found Intrasights were local and gave them a call. I have to say the service was faultless and the owner was extremely knowledgeable across various brands. They calibrated my fathers binoculars and are now like new again! I thought it was my fathers eyes at fault.....how wrong was I?
I’ve needed to call on Intrasight’s services twice with my Luger binoculars – once after a prism was dislodged after a fall and a second time when salt seized one of the focus adjusters. Really great service from Intrasights on both occasions – timely, efficient and my bins back and working as needed! Highly recommended.
I cannot thank Intrasights enough for resurrecting my treasured Barr and Stroud naval binoculars. The binoculars have great sentimental value due to family history even though when I came into possession of them they were completely non-functional. I had tried I don't know how many camera shops and repair places all of which declined to take on the job due to the very poor condition of the binoculars and their age, which of course made obtaining parts difficult. Several even suggested that the best thing would be just to replace them with a new pair ! By contrast, Intrasights seemed to understand my desire to have this little piece of World War II history restored. And they agree to take the job on having explained in detail the potential difficulties involved in repairing a mechanism which had not been functional for many years and of obtaining replacements for chipped and cracked prisms which had been dislodged because the glue used to secure them had long since failed. Obviously it was not going to be a quick job given the age and condition of the binoculars, but as they had not been usable for decades that was not an issue. I was kept informed on the progress of the delicate business of dismantling the seized body and mechanism of the binoculars and of the subsequent hunt for replacement prisms and lenses. Both of these processes understandably took time but Intrasight's willingness to keep trying was impressive. In the end the restoration was successfully completed and I am delighted with the result. Heartily recommended.
My father had been having difficulties with his Bausch & Lomb binoculars. After searching in Somerset I found Intrasights. We arranged a time to visit them with the binoculars, Harry was very helpful and within the week dad had his Bausch & Lomb binoculars back and in amazing condition. Thank you so much Intrasights dad is back at his favourite bird watching hide and happy to know that it is not his eyesight that was playing up!!
