I can only sing the praises of the letting department of GTH, Ilminster. The quality of service and support is top drawer in all areas. I was kept informed throughout the letting period but never bothered with day to day irrelevance. The staff were always extremely helpful, professional in their duties with an in-depth understanding of current legislation and local market forces. I would have no hesitation in using their services again in the future should the need arise or indeed recommending them to our family and friends.

Thank you for your help with our sale & purchase. This was our first time selling a house so all new to us but we have found the team to be very helpful. Matthew has been extremely professional, helpful & friendly throughout the whole process, he always responds to emails quickly & has kept us updated throughout the whole process. I have used Greenslade Taylor Hunt to both buy and sell properties during the last 20 years. The most recent being two weeks ago. Matthew, at the Ilminster office, and his staff I have got to know well and consider them friends. It can be an emotional Journey buying or selling a property but I have found Matthew to be extreme professional, helpful and upfront in my dealings with him (also his predecessor, Andrew Perry ) and thank them for their efforts on my behalf.
I have used GTH Ilminster for over 5 years now for both the rental management of my house and the successful sale of it. I have always had an excellent experience from the team, who are both very professional and responsive yet also friendly and personable. For the majority of the rental period I was an overseas landlord so relied on the team 100% for the whole package: finding suitable tenants, property checks and dealing with any issues. The sale could have been extremely complex as not only was the house listed and with some quirks, it was also during the COVID-19 restrictions so I was unable to return to the UK but they dealt with all communications and requirements brilliantly so the whole process went smoothly for me (thank you Matthew!). I would definitely recommend them and am very grateful, thank you.
