Disgusting place to work in. Toxic environment, the manager has her own favorite staff and unfortunately residents as well, which leaves some of the non favorable neglected. The head management have their own “club” and they are backing each other, so there’s no point of complaining because nothing will be done. The manager is supporting bullying behind the scenes, asking the deputies/seniors to be her “eyes and ears”. Overall feels like you’re working to please the management rather then your real job - the residents.

Used to be a really nice place to work. All staff felt appreciated and supported with past managers. Then the company expanded which meant staff felt increasingly like a number. Top that off with a new manager who had favourites. Worked almost 14 years for this company without as little as a thankyou when I left. All probably because I exposed what was happening with team favourites. Not looked back since. Definitely would not recommend which is a shame as a few years ago I used to sing their praises everywhere I went. Now work for a company where I feel valued, supported in a position which i can progress in my career.

Utter disgraceful management team. Very rude and abusive towards the residents and families! Such a shame as it used to be a lovely home.

It's got its faults but which home doesn't, otherwise probably the benchmark for others
