I would highly recommend Ron Brooks Toyota Ilkeston which is a family owned business. I think this is strongly reflected in the way the sales team treat you which is 1st class. Matthew was our salesman and I was extremely pleased with the sale. But as well as the customer service being excellent, I thought the vehicle being sold was extremely well presented and along with the warranty, AA cover, and fresh MOT it came with, equated to an absolute fantastic package and value for money. The handover was completed by Ian who continued the excellent sales service. It is without doubt the best dealership I have dealt with.

I enjoyed my time and brief experience here. Although, I was not here to purchase a vehicle, I was made to feel most welcome by Ms. Jessica Fletcher - She was a true professional. She was courteous, friendly and helpful. My encounter with Ian was also very pleasant and he has a sense of humour. This car dealership has a very attractive showroom and two waiting areas and a small kids area to keep your young ones entertained. They offer a free in-house Wi-Fi connectivity for their waiting customers, large on the wall flatscreen tv, a free self-serve drinks facilities in the waiting area. The main waiting area is located behind the front desk reception. This car dealership also has a fairly reasonable amount of parking bays and also shares the other parking bays behind the bowling ally. Their car park on their own site has fitted chargers for electric cars should your electric vehicles need to be charged up. They also have within the parking area high visibility disabled parking bays. The entrance to the showroom complies with commercial building regulations for wheelchair users and or disabled persons for access. Their location and being next door to a petrol station is also very good. Nice people to do business with.

Purchased our new car from Ron Brook's Toyota Ilkeston again after Neil went above and beyond to find us the car we bought. He did everything for us and it was no trouble he was like a good friend. I cannot recommend Ron Brook's highly enough wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sometimes it's better to say nothing and this is one of them. Ron would turn in his grave. Bought from this dealership before when cars were in the showroom with prices on and details by their side. That's all I wanted but apparently now it's a long job buying a car. Sad really.

Tested the new 2.0 Hybrid Corolla. Brilliant compared to older hybrids and the competition. Economy and a good amount of poke! As always Ron Brooks staff very helpful and friendly with no pushy atmosphere. Clean tidy showroom and demo car was immaculate.
